At the beginning they thought that it would be better but now so many people are slacking because they know they will get the same pay. It can be good and bad is some ways like some people don't have to work as hard as usual because they will still get paid the same amount when they tried hard, and people who work very hard get the same amount as people who don't work hard... so it is kind of a pain!
